Tuition:

• Tuition payment reserves a teacher and a space in the studio for each week.

• Tuition is due regardless of student attendance, we will attempt to make up student canceled lessons but cannot guarantee that.

• Payment is due by the 1st lesson of each month where a payment is due.

• Payments received after the 1st lesson are subject to a $10 late fee (unless otherwise pre arranged with your teacher).

• Tuition and fees can be payed with 1 September Payment, 2 payments (September and January), or 9 monthly payments (September to May).

• Tuition includes 34 Teacher contact weeks

• Note that if you are on the 9 payments schedule that those payments are 1/9 of the annual tuition (based on 34 contact weeks) not based on the number of contact weeks in that particular month (i.e. the payments are not shifting based on how many weeks in a particular month).

  Sick Days:

• Please do not bring ill students to lesson (this goes for any type of illness)

• We can have an online lesson or reschedule depending on the circumstances.

• Lessons missed on account of teacher illness will be rescheduled but will not be refunded.

  Online Lessons:

• Online lessons are always an available option.

• Try to provide as much notice as possible is you are switching from in person to online.

• Make sure you call us for your online lesson (this facilitates smoother transitions).

• There are a number of applications available for online lessons. We will discuss with you options to meet your needs.

• Please try to keep extra demands on your home internet at a minimum during your lesson time.
